We operate on an energetically sustainable business model.

Our collective of collaborators lead with shared values to engage in deep dialogue in support of reaching our clients’ goals. We are finding solutions for biocultural conservation, working with Indigenous communities and knowledge holders to amplify their stories.

The story behind our logo

The Talking Circle logo was created by founder Jessica Hum (譚德娟) employing the Zen practice of hand-drawing a circle (Ensō) with one fluid brush stroke. The expression of Ensō is in a moment when the mind is free to let the body and spirit create. Ensō represents a circle of togetherness, working in a circle of interdependence. Talking Circle dialogues are invitations to all members of the circle to witness, to share, and to be heard. To invite others in, we open the circle wider, making it stronger. And circles are easy to open, we each take a step back and there's room for everyone.
